Course: Study Skills in the AI Era
Reusable weekly planner: 3 Pomodoro sessions per day (Mon–Sat), study method tracking, and weekly reflection. Print and reuse.
How to use this planner
- 1.Fill in your subjects and topics for each day at the start of the week.
- 2.Each session = one Pomodoro (25 min focus + 5 min break). Plan 2–4 per day.
- 3.Write WHAT you will DO — not just the subject. "Solve 10 algebra problems" not "Maths".
- 4.After each session, tick the checkbox. At week end, complete the reflection.
Based on Study Skills in the AI Era (8 lessons). Uses Pomodoro technique, active recall, and spaced practice from Lessons 1–6.
