Why this pack exists

The free Level 1 course teaches the concepts. But children build real fluency through off-screen repetition — recognising bead positions instantly, building numbers without hesitation, adding without counting. These 12 practice pages give you structured, guided exercises to run at the kitchen table in 10-minute sessions. Every page includes a parent instruction card so you know exactly what to do.

When to use it

Start after your child completes Lesson 3 (numbers 0–4). Print one page per session, 2–3 sessions per week. Work through the bead position pages first, then number building, then addition. Each page takes about 10 minutes. By the time your child finishes Level 1, these pages will have reinforced every core skill. Class use: print one copy per student — these work as in-class drill sheets or take-home practice. Teachers can pair this with the Teacher Classroom Bundle for assessment and lesson plans.
